SJDB SERVICES
A Supplemental Job Displacement (SJDB) voucher is a non-transferrable voucher used for education-related retraining and/or skill enhancement.
RETURN-TO-WORK SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM
Employees who sustained injuries on or after January 1, 2013, and have obtained a SJDB voucher may be eligible for an additional one-time payment of $5,000.
ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTATIONS
Professional counselors will evaluate to determine the necessary skills for optimizing new career prospects.

EMPLOYMENT PREPARATIONReturn-to-Work Supplement Program
The Return-to-Work Supplement Program (RTWSP) was initiated by the U.S. government in 2013 to provide financial assistance to workers who have suffered a loss of income due to workplace injuries. At PS Vocational Consulting, Inc., we offer assistance in applying for the Return-to-Work Supplement Program. Our team is committed to guiding you through the application process and ensuring you receive the necessary assistance during this difficult period.
Eligibility for RTWSP Payment
Date of injury must be on or after January 1, 2013.
Applicants must have received a SJDB voucher for that injury.
Apply by the deadline. RTWSP must receive your application within one year from the date you were mailed the SJDB voucher.
What is the Sum of the Payment?
That financial aid comes in a one-time lump sum of $5,000 for those injured who meet the qualification criteria.
How We Help?
By submitting the Return-To-Work Supplement Program application to the Department of Industrial Relations and providing direct follow-up with the state as needed.
